We have a new website, www.coquetdalearts.co.uk which is up and running now
This website will remain running for a few months while change over is completed.
The Coquetdale Arts Centre is in Rothbury, Northumberland. The Arts Centre was set up in 1975 to promote, display and sell art for the benefit of local people, and visitors to the area.
We have a large gallery exhibiting the work of more than one hundred local artists. Our studio offers classes throughout the year to all ages and abilities. The gallery is open every day from 19th March 2016 until mid December
Monday to Saturday 10.30 - 4.00, and Sunday 1.00 - 4.00.
This website has a members section where ALL the information is available about joining the Coquetdale Arts Centre and exhibiting your work. Here you will find full details of exactly what you are entitled to exhibit, and how you will need to present your work.
The Arts Centre is situated at first floor level and there are three flights of stairs leading from the street door to the Gallery.
There is, however, a stair lift in the Library situated below us, but this is only available during the Library opening times, as follows: Monday & Thursday from 2pm, Tuesday until 1pm and Friday all day except between 1-2pm. Additionally, you should be aware that there are two steps to be negotiated at the top of the stairlift where the only available support is a grab rail.
With advance notification of your visit we will be happy to do all we can to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience.
Thank you for visiting the Coquetdale Arts Centre website, if you have any questions or comments, please contact us. We are always adding to our gallery and website, so please come back soon.
